This order is approximated to include the following:

6-8 Chuck / Arm Roasts (around 22 lbs. total)

2 briskets – 6 lbs.

8 - 10 Ribeye Steaks

8 - 10 NY Strip

6 Filet Mignon

8 - 10 Sirloin Steak

2 Flank or Skirt Steaks

12 - 14 lbs. Short Ribs

4 - 5 Round Roasts

Ground Beef in 1 lb. packs

Customizations are available. Would you rather have more hamburger? No problem. We can customize your order based to your preference. For example, you couldhave 10 or more pounds of ground beef made into patties.

Once your order has been processed, we will contact you to schedule your delivery. As long as you’re within 100 miles of Amarillo, delivery is on us! If you’re farther, contact us for shipping & delivery options.

*Depending on the size of the beef and your preference of thickness, the cuts will vary on the quantity you receive.
