Looking to stock up your freezer? A whole beef will get you there. This order is approximated to include the following:

12-14 Chuck / Arm Roasts (around 44 lbs. total)

4 briskets – 12 lbs.

16 – 18 Ribeye Steaks

16 - 18 NY Strip

12 Filet Mignon

16 -18 Sirloin Steak

4 Flank or Skirt Steaks

24 – 26 lbs. Short Ribs

8 – 10 Round Roasts

Ground Beef in 1 lb. packs

Customizations are available. Would you rather have more hamburger? No problem. We can customize your order based to your preference. For example, you couldhave 10 or more pounds of ground beef made into patties.

Once your order has been processed, we will contact you to schedule your delivery. As long as you’re within 100 miles of Amarillo, delivery is on us! If you’re farther, contact us for shipping & delivery options.
